I’m Kristen — a fitness and wellness coach passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience at every stage of life.
My journey with fitness began decades ago, but it took on an entirely new meaning after facing personal and physical challenges in my 50s. Following knee surgery and a difficult season of rebuilding both mentally and physically, strength training became more than a workout routine — it became a path back to confidence, independence, and purpose.
That experience reshaped how I approach coaching.
I believe fitness should empower you, not punish you. My focus is helping women build muscle, improve strength, increase energy, and feel capable in their everyday lives — without extreme diets or unrealistic expectations.
As a certified Physique & Bodybuilding Coach, Health & Wellness Coach, and lifelong trainer, I combine practical training, supportive coaching, and sustainable habits to help clients create lasting results.

My nutrition philosophy is centered around whole foods and a protein-focused approach to support strength, muscle development, energy, and overall wellness.
I believe nutrition should be realistic, sustainable, and nourishing — not restrictive. The focus is on building balanced habits that fuel the body, support training goals, and promote long-term health without extreme dieting or unnecessary complexity.
